• fixed - Playlists with ampersand (&) in the title failed to download

• fixed - JKL video controls in Internet Explorer worked inconsistently

• NOTE - JKL keyboard controls do not work with Safari in fullscreen mode. Safari has disabled any custom keyboard controls in fullscreen mode.
